Online or In-Person
All in-person Myofascial Release and Corrective Exercise Program sessions are by client recommendation only.
Book these sessions if you are ready to address alignment, posture, and movement quality and can set aside time at home to do the work.
Ready to fix the root of recurring pain and improve how your body moves? These sessions are designed to teach you proper biomechanics and address common postural deviations (See: FAQs).
As a certified specialist in The BioMechanics Method, I’ll guide you through a personalized assessment and create a custom program based on your unique needs. You’ll gain valuable insight into your movement patterns and leave your first session empowered to make positive alignment changes in your body.

What is the goal of Corrective Exercise?
The ultimate goal of Corrective Exercise is to improve movement quality and efficiency by identifying and addressing muscular imbalances, postural deviations, and faulty movement patterns.
- Improve functional movement in daily life or sport
- Reduce the risk of injury resulting from poor alignment
- Enhance physical performance
Corrective Exercise does this by reviewing and educating using:
- Assessments (movement screening, posture analysis)
- Inhibition techniques (e.g. foam rolling to release overactive muscles)
- Lengthening (stretching tight muscles)
- Activation (strengthening weak or underactive muscles)
- Integration (teaching proper movement patterns in functional tasks)

What to Expect in your Sessions
- Your first session is a Postural Survey Assessment Session. You will receive a detailed 5-page assessment report and instruction on how to achieve proper alignment in your body.
- Follow-up Corrective Exercise sessions begin with a review of material from your prior session and education on exercises added to your list of at-home work.
- We will be creating a manual of exercises unique to you — more than that, you will have learned how to perform each exercise so well you can use them anytime in the future.
All sessions utilize my training and experience, referencing The BioMechanics Method for assessment and program design. During each session, we will create a personalized list of instructions using your own words and photos of you performing the exercises, which will aid in your understanding of the at-home work. Each session builds upon the previous one, tailored to your progress and comprehension of the exercises.
